Before and After Pictures
These are all actual patients and are for information purposes only.
Cases 1, 2, and 3: Chipped Teeth
There are many ways to chip a tooth, and it is nice to know that with a little artistry you can be looking as good as new.
Case 4: Crowns

The look of your teeth can make getting a new job very difficult. After four all-porcelain crowns, life was a little less stressful.
Cases 5 and 6: Significant Gaps
People often have gaps between there teeth, and there's nothing wrong with that. But sometimes they would rather not.
Cosmetic bonding is a quick fix but also easily reversible if they change their mind.
Case 7: Invisalign
There is nothing that will make you smile like straightening and whitening your teeth. With new straightening techniques that move your teeth more quickly, comfortably, and less noticeably, I have even had patients in their late 70's decide that this was a priority to them.
Cases 8 and 9: Erosion
While cavities are the most common way to damage your teeth, there are other ways as well.
Both of these cases show damage due to some form of acid: the first by repeated sucking on lemons and the second from improper use of bleaching gel (brushing with bleaching gel daily for several years straight).
While there are many ways to repair the damage, both cases were fixed with bonding.
Case 10: Cavities

Many people don't know that most cavities are caused by soda pop. If caught soon enough, the teeth can be repaired to look as good as new.
Case 11: Baby Tooth
While most people will lose all of their baby teeth by around 13, sometimes a permanent tooth could either not be there or will remain impacted. The remaining baby tooth will wear and look out of place before too, long. Despite this, it can often be restored to look like the permanent tooth should have.
Case 12: Veneers

Discolored teeth can make you less likely to smile. In cases where bleaching does not work, porcelain veneers can do wonders.
Cases 13, 14, 15, and 16: Rebonding
Small changes make big differences.
For this patient, just redoing the
bonding on her front tooth and adding some bonding to close the
extra spacing was all it took.

Sometimes multiple techniques are needed to meet your particular needs. Due to time constraints, this case was challenging but completed in one 3 hour session.
While bleaching your teeth can be simple with over-the-counter products, careful consideration should be given to your existing dental work. Neither crowns nor bonding materials will bleach, often leaving one tooth that no longer matches.
This does not mean that you cannot bleach your teeth if you have had work done in the past. But if you do, we often have to redo some of the older dental work to make your teeth match again.
Some of the older bonding materials did not maintain their color and over time would yellow. Newer bonding materials have better color stability and should continue to look great for years to come..
Case 17: Worn Teeth
Whether done to make you smile or to surprise your wife, fixing your teeth is what makes me smile.
